Q. IS GIRLS GETAWAY 360 VACATIONS A LEGALLY LICENSED, INSURED, AND ACCREDITED TRAVEL COMPANY?

A. YES! Girls Getaway 360 Vacations is a registered legal entity, accredited, insured, and licensed agency registered with TRUE (Travel Agency Accreditation), IATA (International Air Transport Association), and a member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors).


Q. IS GIRLS GETAWAY 360 VACATIONS JUST FOR WOMEN?

A. NO! Girls Getaway 360 Vacations is for anyone with a want or love for travel. Love is Love and we welcome all regardless of their race, color, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin. Our trips cater to women wanting to get away with their girls, besties, and family. Yes, your hubby, boyfriend, bae can accompany you on a trip, just be aware that we cater to Women. We love our couples and women with families.


Q. ARE KIDS WELCOME ON THESE TRIPS?

A. IT DEPENDS! Each trip has been created with or without children in mind. Before you book, please read the additional trip info to see if this is a getaway open to children and if your child will even enjoy it.


Q. WHEN CAN I REACH YOU?

A. Monday-Friday 12pm - 6pm EST Saturday 9am-12pm EST. The best form of communication is through email but we do accept phone calls at 888-208-2154 during these hours. If the phone line is busy or you cannot reach a live representative, leave a voicemail and your call will be returned within 24 hours.


Q. DO YOU PLAN INTERNATIONAL TRIPS OVERSEAS?

A. NO! Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to put this service on pause. Reach out to us to obtain one of our trusty referrals for international trips overseas.


Q. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Checks and money orders are NOT accepted, nor is Cashapp or Venmo.


Q. IF I DON'T LIKE THE 3 CUSTOM ITINERARIES YOU PROVIDED FOR ME, CAN YOU PROVIDE NEW ONES?

A. YES! This exception is only allowed once after an additional consultation is scheduled and a planning fee paid. We want to make sure you are happy with the results.


Q. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

A. Once you book your reservation with successful payment, you will receive an invoice via email. It will include your monthly payment plan with amounts and dates. It is your responsibility to make monthly payments to your account.


Q. I DON'T WANT TO BE ON A PAYMENT PLAN, WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

A. We provide payment plans as a courtesy to make sure you do not fall behind in your getaway plans. We encourage everyone to make a payment every month, but should you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please call us as soon as possible or send an email. If you fail to make a payment for 90 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.


Q. I CAN'T MAKE MY PAYMENT THIS MONTH, CAN I SKIP IT?

A. YES! Communication is key! Email or call us if you are having trouble keeping up with payments. After final payment is due, there will be an automatic late fee charge of $75 per person added to the reservation.


Q. THE PAYMENTS FOR ONE OF YOUR TRIPS HAVE ALREADY STARTED, CAN I STILL JOIN

A. YES! If our trip is not sold out, you can still book the trip. You will need to make the first deposit, and then make monthly payments each month. A double or triple payment may be required to catch up so you can be paid in full by the deadline.


Q. I NEED TO CANCEL, CAN I GET A REFUND?

A. NO! Girls Getaway 360 Vacations does not provide refunds, nor do we transfer money. You will be required to accept our Terms & Conditions before you can book a trip with us and make a payment. We urge every client to protect the investment they made on their vacation and purchase separate travel insurance.


Q. IS TRAVEL INSURANCE MANDATORY?

A. NO! If you choose not to purchase travel insurance for your booking with Girls Getaway 360 Vacations, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging you are declining to purchase travel insurance and understand we do not provide refunds for any reason.


Q. CAN I ADD AIRFARE, A CAR RENTAL, OR A TRAIN RIDE TO MY RESERVATION?

A. YES! This is a service we offer for a one-time fee of $50 per person.


Q. I HAD A ROOMMATE AND THEY CANCELLED, WHAT DO I DO?

A. FIND ANOTHER ROOMMATE! If you cannot find a roommate to join you on the trip, you'll be required to pay the difference in the trip costs. Be sure to choose your roommate wisely!


Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRIP ITINERARY AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?

A. You will receive your documents 30-45 days prior to departure.
